The Schedule

All classes will start in the Fall of 2017.  Dates and locations to be announced.

 

ClickStart 1

The foundation class that you've been waiting for. The how to's.

  • What is a marker? 

  • How and what do you mark? 

  • What is reinforcement? 

  • How do you reinforce? 

  • How do you set your dog up for training success? 

  • How can you make it as easy as possible for your dog to learn?

  • Begin training simple behaviors to use these new skills.

  • 4-week class $100.

  • Equipment list and confirmation sent after registration and payment.

ClickStart 2

The follow-up class to ClickStart 1.  Learn to use your new skills!  The training is left up to you! 

  • Pick a captured behavior
  • Pick a targeted behavior
  • Pick a shaped behavior
  • Understand how to write a plan for each!
  • Show off your dog's new talents!
  • 4-week class $100.
  • Extra equipment may be necessary depending on the behaviors you choose to train!
  • Start date and location TBA

Patterns in my Pocket

You'll discover ways to help your dog focus on you while teaching awareness of the environment.  A wonderful class for those dogs that need extra help in stimulating situations.  This is not a class for aggressive dogs.

  • Pre-requesite: CS1 and CS2 or permission from instuctor.
  • 6-week class $150.

Retrieve Redux | Teach your dog  to retrieve or fine-tune your dog's skills using a marking signal!

  • Pre-requesite: CS2 or permission from instructor.
  • 5-week class $125.
